The lcv group, one of the UK’s leading suppliers of vehicles into business, has been awarded Investors in People accreditation at the first time of asking.

By assessing the company’s working practices and conducting an internal survey, the Investors in People audit concluded that the lcv group met or exceeded the standards required for accreditation.

The award highlights the lcv group’s commitment to continuous improvement and underscores the company’s motto that it is “people powered”.

David Lewis, non-executive director of the lcv group, said:
“To gain Investors in People accreditation at the first assessment is rare but I wasn’t surprised. At the lcv group we understand the link between highly motivated teams and great performance.”
